Final Submissions

• Paper submission deadline: Sep 03, 2012
• ALL final submissions must be made on-line from iSOBRAEP web site.
• Email submissions will NOT be accepted.
• Use the author account you created during initial submission, to edit or resubmit.
• IMPORTANT NOTE: All accepted papers must be accompanied by a signed IEEE Copyright Form to be included in the conference technical program and the conference proceedings CD. It is the responsibility of the author to ensure that they have submitted (as PDF by iSOBRAEP systen, max 500Kb) the form in a timely fashion by the submission deadline.

MS Word Template:

• ALL final submissions should be written in Portuguese or English, with a number of pages in between six (6) and eight (8) in PDF format..
• You can generate a PDF using Adobe Acrobat or Ghostview.

Adobe Distiller Settings for IEEE Xplore Compliance:

• Click here to download the PDF settings file that will allow you to automatically set Adobe Distiller to produce the IEEE PDF requirements. This zip file contains instructions on job option file usage as well as files for job option settings for Adobe versions 5, 6, 7 and 8.

LaTeX Templates and new BibTeX style:

• For Unix, Click IEEEtran.tar.gz and IEEEtranBST.tar.gz
• For PC and Mac, Click IEEEtran.zip and IEEEtranBST.zip
• For LaTeX, be sure to use the template's conference mode. See template documentation for details.
• Make sure to eliminate Type 3 fonts from your document BEFORE submission.
